Min Chong

Min Chong is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Accupac since June 2024. Prior to this role, Min Chong held various senior positions at Ashland, including Senior Vice President and General Manager for both Personal Care and Specialty Additives and Specialty Additives and Intermediates between January 2020 and April 2024. Min Chong's tenure at Evonik from January 2017 to January 2020 included roles as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Crosslinkers and Vice President and General Manager of Epoxy. Previously, Min Chong spent over a decade at Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., overseeing the Epoxy Global operations as Vice President and General Manager, alongside other leadership roles. Min Chong holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
