Christopher McDaniel has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Christopher began their career in the US Navy as a Firecontrol Technician from July 1994 to July 2000. In 2000, they joined Axcelis Technologies as a Field Service Engineer III until March 2004. Christopher then transitioned to Accuray, where they held various positions from March 2004 to June 2022. Their roles at Accuray include Senior Regional Field Service, Senior Tech support, Regional Service Manager, Strategic Global Service Program Manager, and most recently, Sr Director of Service and Customer Support for North and South America.

Christopher McDaniel completed their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Lubar College of Business in the years 2017 to 2019. In 2016, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, focusing on Strategic Leadership. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Business from the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2009. In 2000 to 2003, Christopher studied Business Management at Palomar College.
