Jamie McCarthy

Jamie McCarthy has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a College Technical Intern at Northrop Grumman Information Systems. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Seacrest Village Retirement Communities. In 2019, they joined The Home Depot as a Head Cashier, where they were promoted in August to lead the cashiers and ensure good customer service. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Cyber Security Intern at General Atomics, where they performed various security assessments and developed workflow processes. Currently, they are working at Accuray as a Product Cybersecurity Engineer since 2023.

Jamie McCarthy attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2017 to 2023, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, Jamie also obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
