John Denisi

Principal Software Engineer / Architect, Treatment Planning Systems at Accuray

John DeNisi has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. John started their career as a Software Engineer at Carnegie Group Inc. in 1987, where they worked until 1989. John then joined Lumin Corp. in 1990 as a Sr. Software Engineer, and stayed with the company until 1996. In 1996, they joined Nomos Corporation as a Sr. Software Engineer, and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at Futuristics Labs, Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer. John then joined Nomos (division of North American Scientific) in 2001, where they served as a Sr. Software Engineer/Architect until 2007. In 2007, they joined General Dynamics as a Principal Software Engineer, and worked there until 2012. Finally, they joined Accuray in 2012 as a Principal Software Engineer/Architect for Treatment Planning Systems, where they continue to work.

John DeNisi received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics and Mathematics/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. John completed their undergraduate education from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. John completed the "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" certification from LinkedIn in June 2022. Likewise, they acquired the "Python Object-Oriented Programming" certification and the "Python vs. JavaScript for Development" certification, both from LinkedIn, in June 2022 and May 2022, respectively.
