Steven Ortiz

Steven Ortiz has a diverse work experience in the field of biomedical equipment maintenance. Steven started their career as a Student IT Technician at DeVry University, where they provided customer service and maintained biomedical equipment and software. Steven then interned at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital before joining Universal Hospital Services as a Field Service Technician I. In this role, they performed preventative maintenance and repair on various medical equipment and also worked as a sub-contractor for Advanced Sterilization Products. Steven was later promoted to Field Service Technician II at Universal Hospital Services, where they supported multiple hospitals in Central and South Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Currently, they are working as a Field Service Engineer at Accuray, where they provide customer support, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance for Accuray products in the greater Philadelphia area.

Steven Ortiz attended DeVry University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Technology/Technician.
