Timothee Ruef

Timothee Ruef has extensive experience as a Medical Physicist in various healthcare settings. Starting in 2010, they worked at Hospital São Rafael as a Medical Physicist for seven months. Timothee then joined CHR Metz-Thionville and CLCC Institut de cancérologie de Lorraine in 2010, where they implemented and upgraded radiotherapy quality control processes. In 2011, they moved to Pole oncologie du Pont St Vaast and gained skills in 3DCRT, IMRT, and VMAT planning using different software systems. Timothee also conducted quality control in radiation therapy, nuclear medicine, and radiology. In 2017, they became self-employed and took on various roles, including the full commissioning of medical equipment and the development of planning scripts. Timothee also worked as a Medical Physicist at Accuray and Médecins Sans Frontières in 2018, supporting their medical physics departments.

Timothee Ruef's education history includes a Licentiate degree in Fundamental Physics from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Timothee then pursued a RIA Master's degree in Subatomic Applications and Research at Nantes Université from 2009 to 2010. Finally, Timothee Ruef obtained a Diplôme de Qualification en Physique Radiologique et Médicale (DQPRM) in Medical Physics from INSTN, which was completed from 2010 to 2011.
