Sharad Kumar

Sharad Kumar is the Vice President of Business Operations at Accurics. Sharad has over fifteen years of experience in business operations and finance, having worked with some of the biggest names in the industry including Cisco Systems and DXC Technology.

Sharad Kumar co-founded Accurics in 2017, a company that specializes in scanning Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform, Kubernetes YAML, and OpenFaaS YAML. This allows users to detect and remediate policy violations and potential breach paths before provisioning their cloud native infrastructure. In runtime, users can also detect changes to the deployed cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments and assess for risk.

Prior to Accurics, Sharad Kumar was the Head of Growth and Strategy at ARGOS LABS, a robotic process automation solution. Sharad was also the Senior Director of Finance and Strategy at Pulse Secure, a spin-off from Juniper Networks. In this role, they were responsible for 10+ years of customer needs and goals.

Sharad Kumar has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College and an MBA from INSEAD.

Sharad Kumar has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Pune and an MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sharad also completed an Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School in 2016-2017.
