Laura Wright

Laura Wright has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura is currently serving as the Director of People Services at Accurity Consolidated, a nation-wide appraisal firm. Previously, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Monarch H.R. Solutions, LLC, where they provided customized consulting solutions for small to mid-sized companies. Prior to that, they were the Regional Human Resources Director at Savers | Value Village and the Sr. Human Resources Manager for the Western Division at Pep Boys. Laura also held the position of Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Hughes Supply and served as the Director of Human Resources at Saint Louis University. Overall, Laura has demonstrated expertise in HR consulting, organizational design, policy development, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation systems, and merger and acquisition integration.

Laura Wright has a Masters in Human Resources from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors in Business and Communications at Northern Illinois University.
