Jack Macko has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies.
In their most recent role as Chief Product Officer at Accushield, Jack is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a digital sign-in system for healthcare facilities. This includes the use of a touchscreen kiosk and mobile app for health screening, credentialing, and safety-related services.
Prior to joining Accushield, Jack served as the Chief Operating Officer at Arke from November 2018 to October 2021, where they played a pivotal role in optimizing the company's operations. Jack also held the position of Vice President at Arke from October 2011 to November 2018.
Before Arke, Jack worked as a Travel Technology Executive Consultant at Amadeus IT Group from 2009 to 2011, where they provided consulting services related to travel technology.
Prior to that, they served as the Director of Innovations at American Express Global Business Travel from 2008 to 2009, where they focused on driving innovative solutions for the company.
From 2000 to 2008, Jack worked as the Vice President and GM of TRAVELTRAX at TRX, a role in which they held significant responsibilities in managing travel-related operations.
Jack began their career at Accenture in 1990, where they served as a Senior Manager for a decade, contributing to various projects and initiatives.

Jack Macko attended St. Edward High School until 1985. Following this, they enrolled at Cornell University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Business Management from 1985 to 1990. Currently, they are involved as a Community Coach for Wrestling at Chattahoochee High School, starting in 2009 and continuing to the present.
