Ryan Mills

Ryan Mills currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, Director of Customer Engagement, Director of Flex Scheduling, and Director of Outsourced Services at Accushield since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan held multiple positions at AgeWell Living LLC from February 2019 to March 2023, including Director of Financial Services and Administration and Associate Executive Director, managing daily operations for over 150 employees and overseeing recruitment and onboarding. Previous experience includes work as a Producer at AssuredPartners and various roles in the hospitality sector. Additionally, Ryan served as President and Chairman of the student-led SAE at FSU Housing Corporation, focusing on developing a new chapter house for the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, where Ryan also held the position of President. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government/Business from Florida State University, completed in 2017.
