Sean Simons

VP of Customer Operations at Accushield

Sean Simons has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sean started their career in 2003 at AccuSport International Inc., where they worked as a Research and Development Engineer and later as a Client Engagement and Sales representative. During their time there, they refined the Vector Launch Monitor into a teaching tool for golf professionals and developed a software platform that made the Vector the premier club fitting and ball fitting tool in the industry.

In 2005, Sean joined the International Foundation as an Executive Assistant and Mentor, where they assisted one of the principles of the foundation in mentoring world and U.S. leaders as they bridged political, religious, cultural, and ethnic divides.

In 2007, Sean joined The Leaders Lyceum, where they played a key role in creating a top-tier leadership development firm. Sean worked in the roles of Business Process Development and Client Engagement, where they built relationships with leaders and helped scale the business through system development.

Since 2016, Sean has been with Accushield, where they have held multiple roles. Sean started as an Account Manager and later became a Manager in Implementation & Client Engagement. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Operations and recently took on the role of VP of Customer Operations in January 2022.

Sean Simons completed the Intensive Management Program at Wake Forest University School of Business in 2003.
