Carl Brink

Carl Brink is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and software development management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Apryse since July 2025 and previously at Accusoft, Brink has also held key positions such as Development Support Manager and ITSM Practice Leader. With a strong background in software development, Brink implemented Scrum practices and managed major product releases at Numara Software and led a software development team at R-Stream POS & Data Management Solutions. Brink's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated as the owner of Tantive Solutions, providing consulting services to small businesses. Educational qualifications include a Project Management degree from Kaplan University and studies at Manchester University.
