Previous experience includes roles as a Closing Agent and Manager at Cotton Land Title, LLC from June 2013 to December 2020, and as a Closing Agent and Civil Assistant at Cotton & Gates from July 2002 to December 2020. Joan has also worked as a Closing Agent and Manager at Choctaw Title, Inc. from 2002 to 2008, contributing to the transition of real estate closings from law firms to title companies.
