Rick Gross has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1965 with the New York Telephone Company as an Installer/Repairman. Rick then moved to AT&T in 1984, where they became a Systems Consultant. In 1995, they joined Bell Labs Lucent Technologies as a Systems Engineer.
