Eugene Dupler

Eugene Dupler has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Eugene is currently serving as the Lead Instructor for Cybersecurity at ThriveDX since July 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles in renowned organizations including AccuWeather, where they served as the Director of Information Technology Operations and Senior Technology Manager. Eugene also worked at Newport News Shipbuilding and ENSCO, Inc. as a Senior Systems Administrator and Senior Linux Administrator, respectively. Eugene began their career in the United States Air Force, serving in roles such as Scientific Measurements Technician and Systems Administrator. Eugene's expertise lies in cybersecurity, infrastructure management, network operations, and system administration.

Eugene Dupler holds a Bachelor's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Christian Leaders College, obtained between 2019 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in General from Eastern Florida State College in 1999. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Science - AS degree in Scientific Analysis Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, completed in 1994. Eugene also pursued studies in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Penn State University starting in 1988, although it is unclear if they completed a degree in that field. In terms of certifications, they hold various credentials including Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), CompTIA Cloud+, Mental Health First Aid for COVID-19, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, Wilderness and Remote First Aid Instructor, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), Certified Chief Range Safety Officer Instructor, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Amateur Radio Operator (General), and CompTIA Security+.
