Fazal Rasool

Fazal Rasool is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business and immigration consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of FIS Corporate Services since September 2018 and as Country Manager at ACE since March 2023, Fazal facilitates business expansion into Canada and provides comprehensive services for entrepreneurs. Additionally, as Executive Director at Award Corporate Services, Fazal supports global company setups and international expansions. Previously, Fazal held senior roles at Nord Security and TMF Group, where responsibilities included supporting market entry and ensuring compliance. Fazal also has a strong academic background, having lectured at the University of the West Indies and served as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Toronto. Fazal holds a Master of Arts in International Business from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. in Energy Economics from the European University at St. Petersburg.
