Christopher McCabe

Christopher McCabe is a seasoned professional in the food service industry, with extensive experience in sales and culinary management. Currently serving as a Regional Sales Manager and previously a District Sales Manager at Ace Endico since April 2010, Christopher has effectively implemented successful sales strategies targeting restaurants, country clubs, and health care accounts. Prior experience as an Executive Chef at Legal Sea Foods from September 2003 to December 2009 included direct P&L accountability for a high-revenue restaurant and leadership in meeting corporate financial objectives. Christopher is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with an Associate degree in Culinary Arts and holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
