Founded in 1995, Ace Enterprise Park is a social enterprise dedicated to supporting business growth in South Dublin. We provide start-ups, scale-ups, and community organisations with the space, support, and skills they need to thrive.

Across our vibrant enterprise hubs in Bawnogue and Neilstown, we foster a collaborative environment that maximises positive social and economic impact within our local community.

Our flexible workspace options range from coworking and hot desks to own-door units and private offices available on licences of up to three years. As businesses incubate and grow at Ace, they are supported to scale sustainably and, when ready, move on — creating space for the next generation of enterprise.

Members also benefit from shared wellness and culinary spaces, professional media equipment, conference rooms, private call booths, therapy suites, and other discounted meeting facilities.
