ACE Fitouts was not built to enter the market. It was built by someone who spent 30 years on the client side of it.

Our founder, Manoj Kumar Hemchand, ran Big and Tall, the first and only plus-size menswear brand in the GCC, for three decades. In that time he commissioned dozens of fitouts across the UAE. 

He learned, the hard way, what contractors almost never tell you: that a bad fitout does not just look poor. It quietly costs you customers, erodes your brand, and outlasts every marketing budget you will ever spend.

In 2025, he did something about it. 
ACE Fitouts launched with the acquisition of a specialist joinery unit: bringing fabrication in-house so that design, build, and installation sit under one accountable team, with no gaps between them. 

Today ACE partners with interior designers, architects, brands, and contractors who are done with contractors who go quiet when things get complicated.  We cover retail, offices, hospitality, and exhibitions across the UAE.
