Berkay Celik

Berkay Celik is the current Director of Strategy at Ace Games. Before that, they were Chief of Staff at various startups from September 2016 to September 2020. These startups were focused on gaming, blockchain, e-commerce and the internet. Prior to that, Berkay worked as a management consultant at PwC Turkey from January 2015 to September 2016. There they focused on delivering solutions to client challenges related to financial and operational transformation, strategy, profit model design, strategic planning and financial modeling. Berkay's first job was at Yandex from February 2012 to June 2015 as an assessor. There they were responsible for understanding user requirements to optimize search engine results and giving better results to users for what they need.

Berkay Celik's educational career includes completing a degree in economics from Bilkent University, where they were a high honor student. Berkay also has an incomplete MBA from Galatasaray Üniversitesi. Finally, they are a high school graduate with a focus in math and science from Bornova Anadolu Lisesi.

Their manager is Hakan Bas, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Murad Ersoy - Art Director, Omer Ozbilen - Chief of Staff, and Umut Başaran - Creative Director & Partner.
