Eileen Terrell

Eileen Terrell, PMP, CPTD, currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Development for Retail Support at Ace Hardware Corporation, where responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses and overseeing the design and development of warehouse management system training modules. Eileen has held notable positions at PwC, including Lead Producer and Learning Strategist, where involvement focused on career readiness and performance gaps. Previous roles also encompass instructional design and project management at The CARA Group and Mars, as well as teaching group fitness as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Harper College. Eileen holds a Doctorate in Organization Development and Change from Bowling Green State University, alongside several advanced degrees in Instructional Technology and Human Performance.
