Jaden Baxter

Jaden Baxter has a diverse background in research and community engagement, with experience in both public service and sales. At Ace Hardware Corporation, Jaden worked as a Sales Assistant, developing customer service skills. While serving as a Research Fellow at the Cleveland Foundation from June 2023 to September 2024, Jaden collaborated with government departments to enhance policies and processes. Currently, as a Special Assistant to the Mayor and Community Engagement Specialist at the City of Cleveland - City Hall since June 2024, Jaden continues to focus on strategic implementation of government initiatives. Jaden holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Walsh University, earned in 2023.
