Les Hall has over 15 years of experience in military and operations management. As a Captain and later Major in the U.S. Air Force, Les Hall served in various roles, including Evaluator/Instructor Senior Director, Mission Crew Commander, and Air Weapons Officer, where responsibilities included directing counter-air missions and commanding personnel while ensuring aircraft safety. Transitioning to the private sector, Les Hall has held management positions at Ace Hardware Corporation and Office Depot, overseeing operations, staff management, and sales growth. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Aviation from Ohio University, a Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University, and a Master's in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, underscoring a strong foundation in both aviation and management.
