Lynn Roman

Lynn Roman serves as the CEO and owner of Ace Hardware Store since April 2004, while also engaging in retirement roles starting January 2005. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Intel Corporation, where Lynn has held various positions, including Global Operations Specialist and Program Owner of initiatives such as Access 2 Experts and the Global Seeds Program. Responsibilities encompassed program management, sales enablement, cognitive compute intelligence integration, and talent support. Lynn's earlier roles at Intel featured extensive involvement in business operations, sales, and marketing. Prior to Intel, Lynn held leadership positions at the American Marketing Association and Price Club and earned a BAE in Early Childhood Cognitive Development & Science from Arizona State University.
