Ray Conniff, MSMOB, is a seasoned business leader and consultant currently serving as the Senior Manager of Professional Retail Services at Ace Hardware Corporation. With extensive experience in operations management, sales, and project management, Ray has previously held various roles at Ace Hardware, including Senior Store Systems Consultant and Regional Business Consultant. Earlier in their career, Ray managed a store at Edward Hines Lumber Co. and held multiple positions within Ace Hardware, contributing to retail development and training initiatives. Ray earned a Master’s degree in Management & Organizational Development from Benedictine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Elmhurst University.
