Vicki C. serves as the Loss Prevention Manager for Security Operations Center & Brand Protection at Ace Hardware Corporation since July 2019, focusing on integrating physical security systems, building brand protection programs, and managing travel security. Previously, Vicki worked at Target for over 12 years, advancing through roles such as Assets Protection Business Partner and Executive Team Leader in both Human Resources and Assets Protection, where responsibilities included leading asset protection strategies, conducting investigations, and managing HR operations. Vicki began a career in corrections as a Correctional Case Manager with the North Carolina Department of Corrections from 2004 to 2006. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
