Established in 2012  in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (RC. No. 1072910) and started operations in June 2014.

AITC has a management team of seasoned personnel with cognitive experience which spans over thirty years in the oil and gas industry, seven years in law  and over fifteen years in the Information Technology industry respectively. The team is supported by several other practiced professionals in various areas of specialization.
