ACE Pizza topped the list in Time Out’s Best Pizza in London feature in 2023 and followed that up as finalists in the 2024 National Pizza Awards. We’re obsessive about our dough, with each batch being slowly fermented for over 48 hours using a pre-ferment called a biga.
