Founded in 1999, ACE Prep originally began as "Aitchison College Entrance Prep," focused on delivering rigorous academic training to students aspiring to pass the Aitchison College entrance exam. With over three decades of teaching experience, Mrs. Sheraz has successfully guided more than 500 students through this competitive process, earning ACE Prep a 90%+ success rate and a trusted reputation in entrance exam preparation, including for institutions like Aitchison and Convent.

After 2018, the meaning of ACE evolved to reflect a broader mission—Accessible Community-Based Education. This shift marked a strategic effort to expand educational access, promote gender inclusion, and serve a wider spectrum of students, including girls and children from underserved backgrounds.

ACE now fulfills a once-in-a-lifetime dream for many underserved children by giving them access to quality education at deeply subsidized rates. It is not only a school—it is a mission to democratize academic opportunity and restore dignity through learning.

Today, ACE Prep operates the ACE Elementary School, O and A Level Preparatory Centre, and a Graduate Admissions Assistance program that includes career counseling and SAT preparation. Our long-serving faculty uphold the highest academic standards, offering students a transformative learning experience grounded in excellence, equity, and empowerment.
