Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at ace turtle, Pradeep heads sourcing, exports, and outlet business functions. As Co-Founder and CEO of Onip Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, Pradeep created a revolutionary online service focused on quality uniforms and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Reid & Taylor (India) Ltd, where strategic planning and financial negotiations were pivotal, and Head of International Business Development at Reliance Brands Ltd, contributing to the launch of a ten-year vision for international lifestyle brands. Early career efforts at VF Corporation/Arvind Brands Ltd involved leading international business initiatives and brand positioning, while foundational roles at Raymond Limited and Grasim Industries established strong sales and market expansion capabilities.
