Blair McBride

Blair McBride, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, Blair worked as a Communications Coordinator at the State Bar of Texas until 2014. In 2014, Blair joined Keller Williams Realty, Inc. and held roles such as Technology Advocate, Industry Communications Specialist, Talent Partner, and HR Generalist. From 2019 onwards, Blair joined Aceable, an education platform, and worked as a People & Culture Business Partner, progressing to Senior People & Culture Business Partner and currently serving as the Lead People & Culture Business Partner.

Blair McBride, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History, Government, and Liberal Arts Honors from The University of Texas at Austin in the years 2008-2012. In 2018, Blair obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
