Daniel Torba

Daniel Torba has extensive work experience in the e-discovery and litigation support field. Daniel started their career at DOAR Litigation Consulting in 2003, where they worked as a Production Programmer and Associate Project Manager until 2006. Daniel then joined Latham & Watkins as a Litigation Support Analyst II, and later advanced to the role of Senior Litigation Support Analyst. In 2010, they joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a Senior Litigation Administrator. Daniel then held various roles at the company, including Litigation Support Manager, Manager of E-Discovery Services US Region, and ultimately Head of E-Discovery Services US Region. While working at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Torba also served as Vice President and Co-Chair of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) starting in 2014.

Daniel Torba, CEDS, ROCP has an MBA in International Business from Hofstra University. Daniel also holds a B.S. in Information Technology from St. Francis College. In addition to their degrees, Daniel has obtained certifications such as RelativityOne Certified Pro from Relativity in 2019, and Certified E-Discovery Specialist from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) in 2016.
