Olga Malosh

Olga Malosh, MBA, CEDS, FRP, SFC has extensive work experience in the legal and eDiscovery fields. Olga currently holds the position of Senior eDiscovery Project Manager at CSX, where they have been working since May 2021. Prior to this role, they served as an eDiscovery Project Manager at CSX from August 2015 to May 2021. Before joining CSX, Olga worked as a Florida Registered Paralegal and Discovery Analyst at the same company from March 2011 to August 2015.

In addition to their role at CSX, Olga has been actively involved with the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). Olga served as the Director of Social Media for the Jacksonville Chapter starting from January 2020. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of the Jacksonville Chapter and a board member at-large from January 2018 to January 2020. During their tenure with ACEDS, Olga organized meetings, coordinated eDiscovery speaker events, prepared and filed CLE applications, and marketed eDiscovery events. Olga also participated in various eDiscovery panel discussions on topics such as eDiscovery Project Management and Early Case Assessment.

Before their roles at CSX and ACEDS, Olga worked as a Case Manager at Morgan & Morgan from April 2009 to March 2011. Olga was also a Legal Assistant at Dore & Phillips from December 2007 to April 2009. Prior to that, they held the position of Legal Assistant at Humphries & Oberdier, P.A. from November 2005 to October 2006, and at Leimbach and Associates in 2005.

Olga Malosh, MBA, CEDS, FRP, SFC has a strong education background. Olga obtained their Master in Business Administration from the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting at the University of North Florida from 2011 to 2014. In 2001 to 2005, Olga earned an Associate in Applied Science Paralegal Studies from Florida State College at Jacksonville, specializing in Paralegal Studies.

Additionally, Olga has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Olga became a SOAR Certified Leader from SOAR in 2024. Olga also holds certifications as a Relativity Processing Specialist, Relativity Analytics Specialist, and Relativity Review Management Specialist, all obtained from Relativity. In 2018, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified designation from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Olga is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist accredited by the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), and they are also a Florida Registered Paralegal certified by The Florida Bar, which they obtained in 2009.
