Ravi K

Ravi K has been working as a professional since 2006. Ravi began their career as a Research Assistant at Ohio University, where they investigated and evaluated the performance of a Long Range Radar (LRR) sensor for obstacle detection and/or avoidance application. Ravi also served as a Representative and Engineering Assistant for Ohio University's Chi Alpha organization and the Avionics Department, respectively. In 2009, Ravi K joined NavCom Technology, Inc. - A John Deere Company as a GNSS Software Engineer, where they were responsible for leading bug review meetings, developing test cases and presenting project status, issues and risks. In 2012, Ravi K moved to Caterpillar Inc. as an R & D Navigation Engineer, where they developed advanced navigation technologies for autonomous and remote control systems. In 2017, Ravi K joined General Motors as a Technical Program Manager Infotainment, where they were responsible for owning the Navigation and connected services domains. Most recently, Ravi K has been working as a Sr. Technical Sales Engineer at ACEINNA since 2019, where they are responsible for developing and implementing Navigation System and Functional requirements, designing and implementing Inertial sensor calibration and bias strategies, and leading customer meetings and product presentations.

Ravi K received a Bachelors of Engineering from Osmania University in 2004, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2005, they went on to pursue a Master of Science at Ohio University, specializing in Avionics and Electrical Engineering, which they completed in 2009. In 2007, they also took a training course in PLC at Prolific Systems & Technologies. In 2013, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from North Park University, specializing in Finance and General.
