Henry Wilde

Co-Founder & CEO at Acelero Learning

Henry serves as CEO of Acelero Learning and Shine Early Learning, which he co-founded in 2001. Acelero and Shine are among the leading providers of Head Start programming in the country, and support preschools impacting more than 150,000 children nationally across 28 states and territories. He formerly served as the first Deputy Secretary of the Department of Children and Families for the State of Wisconsin, where he oversaw the Head Start State Collaboration Office, the child care subsidy program, child care licensing, and the creation of the state's Quality Rating and Improvement System. Henry began his career working as a Special Assistant to Marian Wright Edelman at the Children's Defense Fund, after graduating from Harvard University. Henry also earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School and is an Ascend Fellow and a Pahara Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
