Carlos Arroniz

Carlos Arroniz is currently the Head of Drug Discovery at Acellera and an Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona. They completed a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences with Summa Cum Laude honors at Universitat de Barcelona, where they also earned a BSc in Pharmacy and an MS in Organic Chemistry. Carlos has held notable positions including Senior Scientist at Evotec and various postdoctoral research roles at prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford and GlaxoSmithKline. Their research contributions and leadership in drug discovery have been recognized throughout their career.
