Ben King started their career in 2002 as a Senior Clinician at Odyssey House Victoria, where they managed clients, staff, projects, and HR practices. Ben then worked at Pinpoint HRM, serving as a Client Services Manager. Later, they joined Jemena, taking on roles such as HR Systems Manager and Senior Manager of Talent and OD. Ben transitioned to Pinpoint HRM again as a Delivery Lead for SAP SuccessFactors and eventually became a Practice Leader. Currently, at HireRoad, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success, overseeing the creation of products to support organizations in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees. Prior to this, Ben was the Client Experience Director at HireRoad, focusing on delivering solutions to customers in the APAC region.

Ben King completed their Bachelor of Psychology/Human Resource Management at Swinburne University of Technology from 2001 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued Asian Studies/International Trade at Victoria University from 1992 to 1997. In 1994, they briefly studied Politics at Burapha University, focusing on Thai politics and trade.
