Tom O'Lenic

Tom O'Lenic is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and diagnostics industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of RedShiftBio, O'Lenic is focused on advancing biomolecule characterization and bioprocessing analytics. In addition, O'Lenic holds the position of Executive Chairman of the Board at GenTegra LLC and serves as a Senior Business Advisor for both Acepix Biosciences, Inc. and Protein Fluidics, Inc. Previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Unchained Labs and Omniome, where the latter was acquired by Pacific Biosciences, and CEO of Buzzkill Labs. O'Lenic has a substantial background in sales and marketing, having worked at Advanced Cell Diagnostics and Bio-Techne. O'Lenic holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Florida and the University of South Florida.
