Martin Chang is currently a Senior R&D Manager at Acer, where they lead two medical AI research and development teams focused on developing advanced technologies for Software as a Medical Device and general-purpose LLM platforms. They successfully oversaw the development of Taiwan's first TFDA-approved SAMD for Age-related Macular Degeneration diagnosis and also contributed to Taiwan's first AI product for analyzing CXR images for bone density. With previous roles at ASUS, Pacific Image Electronics, and Megatime, Martin has extensive experience in image processing, medical image analysis, and interdisciplinary problem-solving. They are pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science at National Taiwan University.
