Koen Magerman

Koen Magerman possesses extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Zelfstandige Consultant at Kenniscentrum Acerta since October 2018, where responsibilities include guiding jurists through transitions and developing innovative legal products. As Zaakvoerder at Magerman Raad&Advies BV since June 2016, Magerman focuses on creating novel legal concepts related to employment relations, such as legal cafeteria plans and mobility budgets. Additionally, Magerman has held the position of Raadsheer in Sociale Zaken at the Arbeidshof te Antwerpen since February 1991 and served as a senior juridisch expert at SD WORX from April 1983 to May 2016. Magerman also contributed as a Praktijklector at KU Leuven from April 2009 to April 2016 and held various roles, including Personeelschef at Brouwerijen Artois and Bestuurssecretaris at the Juridische studiedienst Ministerie van Tewerkstelling en Arbeid earlier in the career.
