Wouter Verheyden

Wouter Verheyden has a diverse work experience in various HR-related roles. Wouter is currently working as the Director HR Operations & employee experience at Acerta since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen for over a decade, where they held the positions of Manager payroll, compensation & benefits from September 2014 to July 2021, and Manager Payroll from October 2010 to August 2014. Before their time at Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen, Wouter worked as a Stafmedewerker HR-beheer at UZ Brussel from February 2007 to October 2010, and as a Diensthoofd personeel at Gemeentebestuur Puurs from October 2000 to January 2007.

Wouter Verheyden pursued their education in chronological order, beginning in 1996. From 1996 to 2000, they attended UA, where they earned a master's degree in social and political sciences. In 2003, they briefly attended UAMS to study HRM. Finally, they completed their education at Vlerick Business School in 2014, focusing on Compensation & Benefits Management.
