Christopher Burke

Director, Data Services at Acertitude

Christopher Burke has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Christopher started their career in 2001 at Fidelity Investments, where they worked as a Client Support Associate and later as a Customer Service Representative and Assistant Console Analyst. In these roles, they performed back-office operations, updated transaction records, processed stock transactions, and provided education on retirement plans.

After their time at Fidelity, Burke worked as a Tutor at the University of Louisville, providing tutoring services to student athletes in subjects such as English/Composition, Philosophy, and Humanities.

Christopher then transitioned to Borders, where they held various roles, including Bookseller and Merchandise/Training Supervisor & Interim Sales Manager. In these positions, they drove sales through customer service, operated cash registers, facilitated trainings, and oversaw visual presentations.

Burke also gained experience at the American Printing House for the Blind as an Audio Book Editor and OBR/OCR Scanner. In these roles, they proofread audio recordings, ensured compliance with guidelines, and researched pronunciations.

Christopher further expanded their skill set at Carmichaels Bookstore as a Bookseller, providing customer service, stocking and merchandise books, and assisting with events.

Burke then joined Tunstall Americas as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and O'Neill Consulting Group as a Data Quality Specialist, where they provided data services, proofread correspondences, conducted research, and matched candidates with client needs.

Their most recent position was at Acertitude as a Director of Data Services, where they oversaw data services and provided leadership in the field. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager of Data Services at Acertitude.

Burke has demonstrated a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data management throughout their career.

Christopher Burke began their education at Northern Kentucky University in 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Christopher studied there until 2004, completing their undergraduate studies. Following this, they attended the University of Louisville from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.
