Jim Lepp

Jim Lepp is an experienced database administrator currently employed at ACES – Excellence in Energy since September 2014. Previously, Jim served as Vice President - Application Developer Lead at JPMorgan Chase from August 2010 to September 2014, where responsibilities included leading database development for online transaction processing and data warehousing. Prior to that, from 2006 to August 2010, Jim worked at Accenture in various roles, including Consultant and Technical Architecture Lead, focusing on improving system performance and reliability across multiple high-profile projects in finance and healthcare. Jim began a career in database administration at EDS Group from 1998 to 2005, serving clients such as ABN AMRO America and General Motors. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a degree in Computer Tech/Business from Purdue University.
