Connor Ryan, M.A., BCBA, is a Senior Clinical Supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ACES, where they manage and oversee clinic-based applied behavior analysis programs. With a robust background in Child Care and Mental Health Services, Connor has developed expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, De-escalation, Mental Health Care, and Teaching. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology focused on Child Motor Development from San Jose State University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Prior to their current role, Connor served as a Clinical Supervisor and Registered Behavior Technician at ACES and worked as a Swimming Instructor at The Bay Club Company.
