Ryan Weiche

Ryan Weiche, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a seasoned behavior analyst and educator with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with autism in various environments, including home, school, and clinic settings. They have held positions ranging from classroom instructor to clinical director, with a strong focus on instructional coaching, goal writing, and developing sustainable ABA programs. Currently, Ryan serves as the Assistant Clinical Director at ACES ABA in Fort Worth, Texas, where they emphasize leadership and direct supervision to enhance client success and clinical excellence. Ryan holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Texas Tech University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biology at the University of North Texas.
