Deborah Thompson

Deborah Thompson, PCC, is a seasoned leadership coach, strategist, and governance consultant with extensive experience in coaching and organizational leadership. Currently serving as President of ICF New Mexico and leading Deborah Thompson Coaching since December 2019, Deborah specializes in enhancing the "soft skills" of leadership, including emotional intelligence and strategic thinking. Additional roles include Executive Coach at AceUp, Certified CoachHub Coach, and Leadership Coach at Skillsoft, alongside teaching and consulting at the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation.
