Eric Cole currently serves as the Interim Treasurer and a Board Member at The Brickyard Collaborative, a non-profit organization fostering creativity in the North Shore community. As the Founder and Chief Career Officer at Interview/Career IQ, Eric has dedicated efforts toward providing career coaching and job opportunities for historically underrepresented students. Additional roles include serving as an Advisor at Enrich Scholars and a Leadership Coach at AceUp. Former experience includes significant positions in financial services, notably as Vice President at Fidelity Investments, and Senior Vice President at Baystate Financial Services. Eric earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from William James College and holds several executive education certifications from prestigious institutions.
