Paul T.

Paul T. has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Paul is currently serving as the Global Head of Coaching Impact & Innovation at AceUp, where they also worked as an Executive Coach and a Strategic Advisor from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, Paul founded The Show Up Coach in 2016, where they worked as an Executive Coach and achieved notable milestones for clients, including revenue growth and successful company acquisitions. Paul also worked as an Executive Coach at BRAVANTI (formerly BPI group U.S.) from 2019 to 2023. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Providence Health & Services and held various roles at the Missoula Art Museum, The Biomimicry Institute, and the National Security Agency.

Paul T. has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Chapman University. Paul also holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science degree in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School. Additionally, Paul has obtained several certifications, including the Team Coaching Program from Brown University School of Professional Studies, Hogan Assessment Certified from Hogan Assessment Systems, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Professional Coach certifications from the International Coach Federation and iPEC Coaching, respectively.
