Vanya Koonce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, business strategy, and coaching. As the founder of BeYourself - BU Leadership and Team Development Coaching, Vanya has collaborated with over 600 global leaders to drive measurable performance improvements. Current roles include serving as a Strategic Advisor for AceUp and previously leading UST's expansion into Eastern Europe as Partnerships and Alliances Manager. Vanya has a diverse background, including positions as a Scrum Master at UST Xpanxion, Director of Programming for the International Coach Federation's Orange County Chapter, and co-founder of AgilGoals. Educational credentials include an EdD in Leadership for Change from Fielding Graduate University and multiple master's degrees in psychology and organizational psychology.
