Ellen Ritzer

Ellen Ritzer is a Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in both agency and in-house recruitment, focusing on tech recruitment and talent pipeline management. Ellen began their career as a Recruitment Assistant at Bravura Sverige and held roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Source Technology and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wise Professionals. Ellen has developed expertise in managing recruitment processes across various sectors, including engineering and digitalization, and is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Aceve. They previously served as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition at Northvolt, where they led a team to recruit top talent for leadership and specialized roles. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Management from Stockholms universitet and has additional studies from ESSEC Business School.
